 Hello. My first test since entering college is finally over and summer vacation has begun! What will you be doing during your summer vacation? By the way, I studied a lot for the test from last week to this week, and I would like to introduce two songs that I often listened to as a change of pace during that period. The first is "One and Only" by ENHYPEN. This song is a collaboration with Pokemon and has a refreshing tune. The second is "Call my name" by Bullet Train. This song is very cheerful and uplifting. Both songs are new songs by my favorite artists, so I have been listening to them a lot especially during the test period. What did you guys do to motivate yourselves during the test period?

Hello! It's very hot this week... Take care of yourself. By the way, I bought my favorite chocolates and a cute package of it at a convenience store this Monday. I like ''DARS'' chocolate treats, and I often buy the milk chocolate flavor. When I went to a convenience store this time, I saw a package I had never seen before, so I bought it! I found that the chocolate was mostly blue and the bottom was white, like the color of the sky which was lovely! I tried it and it was white chocolate flavor, which was delicious. But I still thought I preferred the usual milk chocolate flavor.  I like chocolate very much, so please let me know if you have any chocolate treats recommendations!

 Hello! I went with a friend to a table tennis equipment store this Monday. This was my first visit to a table tennis store since I moved to Niigata. And I was surprised at the wide variety of the equipment they sell. The rule of thumb for replacing table tennis rubbers is usually 3 to 4 months, but I hadn't changed them since I retired from high school club activities. So I decided to get new rubbers! I chose rubbers for both sides of my racket and had the clerk out them on. After visiting the shop, I went to practice table tennis with my friends. It was easier to hit the ball than before because it had more spin. I'm looking forward to practicing with this rubber from now on! I recently formed an on-campus table tennis club with a friend of mine, and I would like to practice a loy in that activity.

 Hello. I will talk about something I bought this week that I'm looking forward to.  I like to take a bath because it relaxes me. I also like to try different scented bath salts when I take a bath. And I bought four bath salts that I was interested in. The one in the orange package is my favorite bath salts that I have used many times. It has neroli scent. The other three which I bought for the first time are scented with local specialties from different parts of Japan. I would like to use one of them this Saturday or Sunday. What is your favorite bath salt scent? I would be very happy if you could tell me.

 Hello. Since I didn't have any major events this week, so here is a picture of my grandma who lives in Kumamoto! This picture was taken when I was born in Ehime and my grandma all the way from Kumamoto. I have two older brothers, so this was the third time my mother had a child. Even so, my grandma went out of her way to see me as soon as possible. I unfortunately don't remember when this picture was taken, but I was very happy when my mother told me about it!  By the way, I was heaviest of my siblings😂 I will be going to Kumamoto  before returning to Ehime, so I will be able to see my grandma for the first time in a long time. I am really looking forward to seeing her.

  My favorite artist My favorite artist is back number. I have loved back number since I was in elementary school, but I was absorbed in listening music of them even more under the influence of a friend I met when I was in the first year of junior high school.And I have been a member of their fan club since I was 16 years old, I received a continuation benefit of this year from the official fan club! This time I recieved the renewal bonus along with a ticket holder, a green strap, and the newsletter. I was very happy😊😊 I will spend this weekend reading the newsletter.

This time I will write about the good thing happened yesterday. I was able to visit a cafeteria that I have wanted to visit ever since I moved to Niigata! When I entered the cafeteria, I was greeted by the friendly owner. I ordered a lunch set and gateau chocolat. The lunch set included a salad, tuna and cheese hot sandwich, potato and onion potage, and coffee. The hot sandwich was very tasty, with a chewy bread portion and melty tuna and cheese. And the potage was so creamy. It was also good! The cake was not too sweet. So that was easy to eat and delicious.  All the food served was really delicious and I would like to visit there again. The name of cafeteria is "Cafe dy Laitier". I recommend the cafeteria to you!

  The drama that moved me Hello! How did you spend this week?  On this Saturday and Sunday, I watched a drama on Amazon Prime. The drama's name  is "Dr.White". And starring an actress named Minami Hamabe. She is my favorite actress! The drama was aired in the January season of 2022, but I missed it at the time...I was unable to watch it as it was, but I had time over the weekend and was finally able to watch it! She played a mysterious woman with vast medical knowledge. It’s a good role for him. And she was very attractive! Since this is a drama about medicine, I cried every episode as scenes people wandering through life and death came up. It was a very moving drama. So I'm glad to see it!

Hello! This week was tough with the hot weather... I hope you all take care of yourselves.  I have not had much opportunity to exercise since I became a college student, so I recently decided to go for a run in the evening when I have time. However, it was hot this week, so I decided to run in the morning to see if the morning would be cooler. While running with that, I was able to see a very beautiful view! I was tired from all the running, but happy to see a nice view! I want to contiinue running and do my best to keep my strength up.

I chose the website b e cause it had many recipes for dishes that could be done in one pan. The author of this recipe is BETH. She sends out recipes for dishes that can be made on an affordable budget. I'm currently living alone and want to save money on food, so I thought her recipes would be useful. This is why I chose her recipe.  Hello. How did you spend this weekend? I cooked "Cheesy chicken vegetable and rice casserole" on Sunday. Casserole is a dish in which meat is simmered over a slow fire with vegetables and seasonings. This time, I added rice and made it like a rice gratin. The most difficult part of this recipe was making the white sauce in a pan. I added the ingredients in order and adjusted the heat a little at a time so that it would not burn. It was the first time I had cooked with an oven since I started living alone, so I was a  little worried about whether I would be able to do it well. But I'm glad that I was able to enjoy cooking despite some difficulties. Thank you for reading!

  My favorite song of this week Hello! I love back number and have been listening to a lot of songs from their older albums lately, and I'd like to share with you one of the songs I heard this week.  The song's name is "Joen Joyu Sho" by back number. This title means "Supporting Actress Syndrome".It is a lonely love song in which the main character, a woman, falls in love with a man who has a girlfriend, and continues to secretly think about him even though she knows it is a love that will never come true. The lyrics of this song describe the emotions of the main character in great detail. And the melody pf the prelude part is especially beautiful. My favorite local souvenirs Do you know Poe'me? It's my favorite souvenirs of Ehime. And it is a creative confectionary that is a combination of Japanese and Western sweets. Sorry I can't explain it well... When I visited relatives in other prefectures, I always took them as souvenirs. Poe'me has many kinds of flavors. For example, sweet white bean paste, orange, green tea, chestnut,etc. There are also seasonal one. My favorite flavor is orange and chocolate(seasonal one).  I like Poe'me so much I would eat it everyday. But I haven't eaten Poe'me since I moved to Niigata. So I called my mother yesterday and asked her to send me them. I am looking forward to it arriving soon. I hope everyone will try it!

 How did everyone spend their holidays? I met my mother for the first time in a month to eat delicious ramen!  My hometown is Ehime .I really wanted to go back there myself. But I couldn't because it takes a very long time to reach there.  But to my surprise, my mother came to Niigata and I was able to see her! Since she came at night, we went to a ramen shop near my house and had delicious ramen. While my mother was at my house, we talked a lot and had a great time. She stayed at my house for three nights and left this morning. I miss her so much, but I am looking forward to the next time I can see her and will do my best in my college life!  Recently, a friend from high school sent me a photo. It was a picture that my friend took on the way home from school on the day the final exam was over. I remember it well because it was the day we discussed about the university entrance exam. We are too far apart to see each other often, but I would like to talk a lot with her again.                      

  Family  There are five people in my family.  I have two older brothers. Both of them are kind and funny. i  live alone now and don't get to see my family, so I hope to talk to them a lot when I return home. Hometown   My hometown is Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture.  The place is famous for Imabari Towel, oranges and shipbuilding.  In addition, the climate is very mild and comfortable because it faces the Seto Inland Sea.  Hobby  My hobby is  listening to music. And my favorite artist is back number. I always listen to their songs every morning before school. I recently went to their live show.
